As always, Therm-A-Trol's customer service was courteous and helpful. The repairmen arrived on time, were polite and thorough in explaining and diagnosing the HVAC problem. They returned with the necessary parts on schedule the following day to make the repairs and completed the work promptly. As a property manager, I rely on their expertise and professionalism often and would not hesitate to recommend Therm-A-Trol for any service - large or small.

While the 24-hour emergency line did not answer overnight (this turned out to be a third-party issue), once we were able to contact Therm-a-trol via Facebook and email, the response was immediate. The tech was at the house within 30 minutes of our messages and had the problem fixed within an hour. Very grateful they were checking messages even though the company was closed for the holidays!

Marty and partner (whose name I didn't catch) were a pleasure to deal with. They cleaned my heating system, patched some duct work and answered questions I had regarding the A/C and Water Heater. They were on-time, knowledgeable and nice to the dog! I love Therm-A-Trol and the people who work there.

They were absolutely fantastic! Within 2 hours i placed a call for my business being without AC and it was completed. Very quick and efficient. They will be my go to from today on!!

WOW!!! Now this is what I call service. Great all around team. My old AC's air handler's condensation pan failed. Water in my son's bedroom. Former AC service company came out to verify pan had failed. They wanted me to wait three weeks for someone else to come out to give an estimate. I provided details of my system with some pictures via e-mail and had an estimate in two days. Work was scheduled as soon as my schedule could permit. Job site is cleaner then when team arrived.

Excellent experience beginning to end! Cole successfully resolved our air conditioning issue; one side of the house was not getting cold. We were thrilled as he was the third technician we had here, and the only one to rectify the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable.

We have had Therm-a-trol Company Services for our Air Conditioning System within our home as well as our sunroom for the past 13 years. Plus they have installed electronic purifier throughout our air-conditioning system. They are extremely professional, friendly, proficient, knowledgeable, and preform exceptional workmanship. We highly recommend them to everyone.

The tech I had, Marty Berscak, was great. I got the heads up a few minutes before he arrived, got right to work. He explained everything throughout entire investigation and repair process. The customer service leading up to this was an absolute pleasure as well. I could not recommend this company highly enough and if I ever do have an issue I know exactly who I will be using in the future.

Therm-A-Trol is such an outstanding company. There are no words to describe how fantastic they are. Carol in the office is amazing. I know how busy she is but she always finds the time to talk to me and never rushes off the phone. She provides customer service like I've never seen before. I want to give a special thank you to John, Marty and Rob. All of them have been great. I have been in the heating industry for over 30 years and I have never encountered a professional like John. He is polite, honest, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. I have never been so impressed with a company as a whole. They are amazing and one of a kind. Google should offer 10 stars for special company's like this. Thank you Therm-A-Trol.
